I got this one back on Feb. 17th. It was completed by Louella De Mers, Sandi Wedemeier, and Cindy McMath. Copies are ready to be mailed out on Monday, Feb. 27th. Monday is a big day for me! It marks five years since I quit smoking! Yea me!
